Terms & ConditionsIn order to use Free Car Trader you must agree to all of the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree, please leave this site immediately.
1.0 Browsing & Interaction
1.1 Free Car Trader gains the right to collect data like your IP address, current page, search data and auction views for internal use. (See privacy policy) 1.2 While all effort is employed to make sure data is accurate & up-to-date, we cannot guarantee accuracy. 1.3 Auction details on this site may be mis-leading or false, while we employ all effort into the legitimacy & accuracy of details, we cannot guarantee it. We will not take any responsibility for ANY inaccurate information.
2.0 Membership
2.1 By becoming a member you give us the right to store & use your data for internal use.
2.2 By becoming a member Free Car Trader reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any given reason. 2.3 All payments made via credit card to your account are in your name and you hold responsibility for any problems arising from the use of your credit card. 2.4 Free Car Trader takes NO responsibility for any stolen, lost, credit card details as we DO NOT store, receive or collect ANY credit card information.
2.5 All payment information, disputes you make with Credit Card are dealt with by PayMex.co.nz. 2.6 Any illegal or mis-use of the website will result in your membership & auctions being removed. 3.0 Listing a Vehicle
3.1 You agree the listed vehicle is yours or you have permission to list it.
3.2 Free Car Trader has the right to withdraw your listing for any given reason if it seems neccessary to do so.
3.3 Any disputes arising between the Buyer & Seller must be dealt with by the Buyer & Seller.
3.4 Free Car Trader takes no responsibility for any damaged, stolen, badly described goods that you purchase through the website.
3.5 Free Car Trader does not take any responsibility for any injury / death incurred from the use of vehicles through this website.
4.0 Credit
4.1 Credit is non-refundable after payment successful, if payment is over $100.00 refunds may be accepted (refund will be 90% of total paid as credit card fees & penalties will be deducted) 4.2 Credit is 1 credit to $1.00 (1 New Zealand Dollar)
4.3 Credits are non-exchangeable for any vehicles, goods or money.
4.4 Free Car Trader accepts the right to withdraw or penalise on false / ghost payments.
4.5 Free Car Trader takes no responsibility for any use of credits without the account holders permission.
5.0 Promotions
5.1 While Free Car Trader strives to make promotions last as long as possible (or to their expiry date), we cannot guarantee all promotions will be held for the specified time period. 5.2 Free Car Trader reserves the right to withdraw any promotion / offer at any time.
6.0 Forest & Bird Society
6.1 For every deposit made we donate $1.00NZD per deposit $5.00 or over. 6.2 Funds are collected ONLY from account top-ups. Advertising, donations (to us), subsidies, promotional are NOT included in the Forest & Bird donation. 6.3 Donations are paid to the Forest & Bird Society periodically and NOT on every deposit made. Usually every month or when we reach a certain amount. |
